Privacy and cookies
This page explains what theopscrafter.com collects, why, and the choices you have. Optional cookies are only used if you allow them, and no advertising cookies are used.
Who is responsible
The Ops Crafter (TheOpsCrafter), a business registered in Pakistan and operated from Helsinki, Finland, is responsible for this website. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
We apply the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish cookie rules to every visitor, wherever you are.
What we collect
- Visit statistics without cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the country you visit from, your browser and device type, and the page that linked to us. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- Analytics, only with your consent. Google Analytics records which pages and sections you view and which buttons you use, along with country, device and how you arrived. We use this to learn which services interest visitors. Google signals and advertising features are switched off.
- Experience insights, only with your consent. Microsoft Clarity creates heatmaps and session recordings that show how the page is used: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Text you type into fields is masked.
- Messages and bookings. If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and what you write. Bookings are handled by Cal.com.
We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-site advertising, and do not use advertising cookies or pixels.

Why we may use this data
- Analytics and experience insights: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Cookieless visit statistics and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
- Emails and bookings: to answer your request and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out an agreement.

How long we keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Clarity data is kept according to Microsoft's retention periods. Emails and booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for up to 6 years if they become part of a client agreement and accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Finland that is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
Visitors from the United States
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in US state privacy laws, and we do not use cross-context behavioural advertising. Optional cookies stay off unless you accept them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing.
Visitors from Canada and the United Arab Emirates
Tracking that could identify or profile you is off by default and only starts with your consent, in line with Quebec's Law 25, Canada's federal privacy law and the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law.
Changes
If we change how we use data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
